Nicola M. Bryant, a native of  Buffalo, New York  moved to Shreveport as a teenager.  She began her professional writing career with companies such as Writershire, Demand Studios, and E-how.com. She has written as a ghost writer for over seven years producing books both on-line and in print. Her love for words led her to searching for a company who could help mold her into the writer she knew she could become. However, in her search she faced more adversity then help. After careful thought and much prayer Nicola birthed Consult Medley to be a company with a personal touch.
 
Nicola, has written manuals and pamphlets for companies explaining, how to write a resume, individual job descriptions and financial planning. Her expertise in sales and marketing  reach back  over fifth teen years. She is a former member of the Greater Bossier Toastmasters and currently  holds speaking engagements assisting  authors with manuscripts and publishing ideas. Nicola teaches adult computer literacy classes for senior citizens to help bridge the technology gap. Nicola attended college in Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she pursued her degree in Business Management. She has helped to create business solutions for entrepreneurs who are currently successful. Her track record speaks for itself.

Charles (Chas) Dooley

arles ‘Chas’  L. Dooley is a
Chas, as he is called by friends, brings with him a wealth of experience in team-building, process management and is a detail-oriented, motivated individual.   He has had extensive training in computers and has obtained a Supervisory/Management Certification from the Learning Tree University.
 
Chas attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, where he majored in Psychology with a minor in Fine Arts and Dance.  After attending the U of A for two years, he joined the Air National Guard which started him on the road for his profession in administration.  While in the Guard, he was appointed the Publication Distribution Officer for his base and worked for the Chief of Base Administration. He relocated to the San Francisco area to work as a Word Processing Coordinator (WPC) for the Navy.  As the WPC, he was in the System Administrator and point of contact for all of the Navy's word processing systems in the Western Division.  This covered an area from Nevada to Hawaii and Alaska to San Diego.
 
His career path then took him to Los Angeles, where he started working for the Rocketdyne Division for Rockwell International; a facility in charge of building and testing rocket engines and overhauling the engines for the Space Shuttle program.  Chas was active in several organizations including Rockwell Organization for Women (ROW) and Rockwell Administrative Processes Team (RAPT). 
 
Most recently, Chas was employed by the Department of Economic Security for the State of Arizona as an Administrative Assistant and a Human Resources/Payroll Liaison for their Unemployment Insurance Call Center.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Quean L. Ballard

Quean Ballard a native of Detroit, MI comes to Consult Medley with original and custom art design. His illustrations are made with the author in mind. His acrylic paintings and prints are sold seperately. His ability to capture the essence of an Authors book and create tangible characters is impeccable. Quean is currently working with the community developing  program for CMP.

Margie Kirkling

Margie Kirkling, a native of Louisiana, was born and raised in the township of Mansfield.  She has earned an A.A. in Accounting from Sabine Technical College; a B.S. in Organizational Management and holds an M.S.A. in Administration from Central Michigan University.
 
 
Early in her life, Margie discovered that she had a love for the written word and would spend countless hours reading.  She was about 10 years old when she realized how much she liked and had an affinity for writing stories and poems.
 
 
In 2000, Ms. Kirkling had her first book published, Inspirations of the Mind, a collection of poems she wrote during the years of her youth.  The summer of 2001 brought a new adventure:  she created, organized and managed a summer youth enrichment program for 200 children in Many, Louisiana.  In the mist of creating business such as the South Mansfield Economic Development Corporation, Citizen’s for Change, working collaboratively with community leaders in various Parishes and Counties, and motivating individuals; Ms. Kirkling still finds time for her true love of writing plays, books and other material.
 
 
Margie has also directed and performed in several of her plays performed at churches, theater houses and festivals bringing her characters to life with rave reviews.  Margie has consulted and managed two recording artist groups and has acquired an affiliation with a St. Louis, Missouri-based company for creative collaboration projects as well.
 
 
Ms. Kirkling has received numerous awards and honors for her outstanding work at KOKA radio station, including the “SSQLC Excellence Award” and the “KOKA Angel on the Airwave Award”.  She is most proud of her years at KOKA and being able, at that time, to bring joy and happiness across the waves and minister to thousands of individuals on a daily basis as the happy host of her gospel show, Gospel Vibrations with “Lady Joi” as she is known in the Entertainment sector.
