Nicola M. Bryant, a native of  Buffalo, New York  moved to Shreveport as a teenager.  She began her professional writing career with companies such as Writershire, Demand Studios, and E-how.com. She has written as a ghost writer for over seven years producing books both on-line and in print. Her love for words led her to searching for a company who could help mold her into the writer she knew she could become. However, in her search she faced more adversity then help. After careful thought and much prayer Nicola birthed Consult Medley to be a company with a personal touch.
 
Nicola, has written manuals and pamphlets for companies explaining, how to write a resume, individual job descriptions and financial planning. Her expertise in sales and marketing  reach back  over fifth teen years. She is a former member of the Greater Bossier Toastmasters and currently  holds speaking engagements assisting  authors with manuscripts and publishing ideas. Nicola teaches adult computer literacy classes for senior citizens to help bridge the technology gap. Nicola attended college in Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she pursued her degree in Business Management. She has helped to create business solutions for entrepreneurs who are currently successful. Her track record speaks for itself.

arles ‘Chas’  L. Dooley is a
Chas, as he is called by friends, brings with him a wealth of experience in team-building, process management and is a detail-oriented, motivated individual.   He has had extensive training in computers and has obtained a Supervisory/Management Certification from the Learning Tree University.
 
Chas attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, where he majored in Psychology with a minor in Fine Arts and Dance.  After attending the U of A for two years, he joined the Air National Guard which started him on the road for his profession in administration.  While in the Guard, he was appointed the Publication Distribution Officer for his base and worked for the Chief of Base Administration. He relocated to the San Francisco area to work as a Word Processing Coordinator (WPC) for the Navy.  As the WPC, he was in the System Administrator and point of contact for all of the Navy's word processing systems in the Western Division.  This covered an area from Nevada to Hawaii and Alaska to San Diego.
 
His career path then took him to Los Angeles, where he started working for the Rocketdyne Division for Rockwell International; a facility in charge of building and testing rocket engines and overhauling the engines for the Space Shuttle program.  Chas was active in several organizations including Rockwell Organization for Women (ROW) and Rockwell Administrative Processes Team (RAPT). 
 
Most recently, Chas was employed by the Department of Economic Security for the State of Arizona as an Administrative Assistant and a Human Resources/Payroll Liaison for their Unemployment Insurance Call Center.
